By now you should have been contacted by your captain to indicate what team you are on. We are less than 1 week away from puck drop and everybody is anxious to knock off the “rust” and get back on the ice. If your captain has not contacted you let me know and I can advise as to which team drafted you.
We are looking forward to our first inaugural season as the Simcoe County Over-30 Recreational Hockey League or SCOREHL. In addition to the new league name, we are improving our website to be more interactive. We are hoping that by puck drop on Thursday, it will be up and running but there is still much work to be completed. The new website can be found at SCOREHL.CA
To all the players that have submitted their full payment, we thank-you. For those that still have a balance owing, we are asking that all payments be in by Thursday, October 6th (or October 15th at the absolute latest). Payments can be made via etransfer to molsonsportsmenhockey@gmail.com. We have financial commitments to the City and Township as well as the referees and timekeeper so please don’t delay in your final payment. If you are unsure as to your balance, send me a direct email so I can let you know.
To all the new players, Rob and I would like to personally welcome you to our league. To all the returning players, welcome back. Thank-you to all the captains for stepping up and volunteering your time. Thanks again to everybody that makes this league great and see you on the ice.
